Zircon is natural timber with increased dimensional stability, durability and lifespan as well as enhanced aesthetics. Applications for Zircon are modular wall cladding, fences, gates, doors, window frames, garden furniture and flooring.
Amazonian Birch
Colour : Light to yellow cream, no contrast between sapwood and heartwood.
Grain : Straight, fine and uniform
Hardness: 1,500 (50% harder than Burmese teak)
Origin : South America.
Maple
Colour : Heartwood is creamy white to light reddish brown; sapwood is pale to creamy white.
Grain : Closed subdued grain, with medium figuring and uniform texture.
Hardness: 1,450 (45% harder than Burmese teak)

Brazilian Cherry
Colour : Sapwood is gray-white.
Heartwood is salmon red to orange-brown when fresh and become russet or reddish brown when seasoned.
Often marked with dark streaks.
Grain : Mostly interlocked, texture is medium rather than coarse.
Hardness : Average of 2820 (182% harder than Burmese teak)
Origin : South America
American Walnut
Colour : Heartwood ranges from a deep, dark brown to a purplish black.
Sapwood is nearly white to tan.
Difference between heartwood and sapwood colour is great; some flooring manufacturers steam lumber to bleed
the darker
heartwood colour into the sapwood, resulting in a more uniform colour.
Grain : Mostly straight and open, but some boards have curled or curly grain. Arrangement of pores Is similar to hickories and
persimmon, but pores are smaller in size.
Hardness : 1010 (1% harder than Burmese teak)
